<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight floating structure having corrosion resistance against seawater, flexibility and resistance against pitching or rolling of the sea surface, effectively used for culturing oysters, as a live-box for fishery or as a floating pier for ships. <P>SOLUTION: The floating structure 30 has upper parallel log lines 13 disposed above lower parallel log lines 12.
