摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous clutch gear for double-cone synchronization improved in tooth shapes of dog clutch teeth or in the accuracy of the tooth shapes. <P>SOLUTION: In the synchronous clutch gear W for the double-cone synchronization in which an internal tooth block body W02 applied with carburizing heat treatment after forging-molded similarly with an external tooth block body is integrated to the external tooth block body W01 applied with the carburizing heat treatment after forging-molded, the synchronous clutch gear is characterized in that: a shaft hole 3, a cone 5, a flange 8 and external teeth 1 are constituted on the same axis, respectively, from the inside toward the external peripheral side in the external tooth block body W01; on the other hand, a single hole, a flange and the dog clutch teeth are constituted on the same axis, respectively, from the inside toward the external peripheral side in the internal tooth block body W02; closed-pocket type window grooves 63 are formed in a plurality of points along the internal peripheral face of the single hole; next, open-pocket type cracked grooves are formed in a plurality of points at the internal peripheral face via the window grooves 63; and the internal peripheral face of the internal tooth block body W02 is firmly adhered to the external peripheral face of the cone 5 of the external tooth block body W01. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
