PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED illumination device having excellent mounting workability to a ceiling and the like and to reduce thickness of the LED illumination device.SOLUTION: An LED illumination device includes: an LED lamp body having an LED substrate on which an LED element is mounted, and a lighting circuit board on which electronic components for configuring a lighting circuit for lighting driving the LED element are mounted; and a connection plate fixed at a mounted part and capable of mounting the LED lamp body in an attachable/detachable manner. The connection plate is made by molding and processing one sheet material, and has a power supply opening part for inserting an external power source line. At the substrate 26, a mounting region A where the LED element is mounted and a mounting region B where the electronic components for configuring the lighting circuit are mounted are formed on the same substrate. |
