<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic resin composition excellent in flame retardancy. <P>SOLUTION: The acrylic resin composition contains a phosphorus-containing acrylic resin in which a group derived from an acrylic resin and a group derived from a phosphorus-containing phenolic compound represented by chemical formula link together through a linking group derived from an epoxy group, and a thermosetting resin. The acrylic resin composition may further contain a filler. There are also provided a prepreg comprising a fibrous base material and the acrylic resin composition impregnated into the fibrous base material; a metal foil-clad laminate comprising a substrate obtained by heating and pressing the prepreg or a laminate of two or more such prepregs and a metal foil disposed on at least one surface of the substrate; and a printed wiring board obtained by subjecting the metal foil-clad laminate to circuit patterning. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
