<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly detect abnormality while maintaining readiness by making a weighting ratio itself variable on the basis of management object data. <P>SOLUTION: A weighting execution part 130 of an abnormality detection device 100 performs weighting to the weighting ratio of management object data at a moving average value by a monotone increase function of an arbitrary order using an absolute value of the difference between the management object data and the moving average value of the management object data as an argument. A moving average value derivation part 132 derives the moving average value of the management object data on the basis of the weighted ratio to which weighting has been performed. A cumulative sum derivation part 134 derives one or both of a positive cumulative sum S<SB POS="POST">H</SB>(i) with a predetermined upper limit value M as the upper limit, and a negative cumulative sum S<SB POS="POST">L</SB>(i) with a predetermined lower limit value N as the lower limit, of values based on differences between the management object data and the derived moving average value. An abnormality determination part 136 determines whether a management object is abnormal or not according to the cumulative sums. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
