<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive particle with insulating particles, which can enhance conduction reliability and insulation reliability when being used for connecting electrodes, and to provide an anisotropic conductive material. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive particle 1 with the insulating particles comprises: a conductive particle 2 having a conductive layer 12 formed at least on a surface; and a plurality of the insulating particles 3 deposited on the surface of the conductive particle 2. A coverage that represents an area of a portion which the conductive particle 2 is covered with the insulating particles 3, with respect to the whole surface area of the conductive particle 2, is 60% or more but 95% or less.
