<p>The present invention provides a method for preparing novel galactooligosaccharides, wherein the method comprises incubating lactobacillus in a whey medium for lactobacillus cultures and preparing galactooligosaccharides by applying the incubated lactobacillus to a whey medium for producing galactooligosaccharides. The present invention provides the galatooligosaccharides that can be consumed along with probiotics. According to the invention, production costs can be drastically reduced compared with that of existing production processes.</p> |
