The present invention relates to an educational kit for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training and to a method of CPR self-training using a personal portable terminal comprising the following steps: operating an educational kit when an educational kit for CPR training is positioned on a correct chest compression point of a mannequin for CPR training; measuring the pressure put into the chest of the mannequin, coding the measured pressure, and transmitting the coded pressure to a personal portable terminal; and generating educational data from the coded signal, statistically analyzing the educational data based on a predetermined guideline so as to decide whether CPR is performed correctly or provide accuracy thereof in real time. |
