<p>The present invention relates to a linear compressor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the linear compressor comprises: a shell having a refrigerant suction unit; a cylinder provided inside the shell forming a compression space; a piston which reciprocates inside the cylinder, and compresses a refrigerant in the compression space; and a motor assembly applying driving force having a permanent magnet wherein the piston comprises: a piston body which has a cylindrical external circumference surface and forms a surface processing unit processed by a material having a determined hardness value; a valve supporting unit forming one side end of the piston body and sucking the refrigerant to the compression space; and a flange unit combined on the other side end of the piston body and enlarged to the radical direction of the piston body, wherein the valve supporting unit forms a first non-surface processing unit which is not processed.</p> |
