a substrate; an anode layer on the substrate, the anode layer including a lower region including WO3 and an upper region including WOxNy (2.2≦x≦2.6 and 0.22≦y≦0.26), the lower region being closer to the substrate than the upper region; an emission structure layer on the anode layer such that anode layer is between the emission structure layer and the substrate; and a cathode layer on the emission structure layer.
