A continuously variable bicycle transmission mechanism comprising: a ring roller; at least one conical planetary roller frictionally engaged with the ring roller, the at least one conical planetary roller being rotatable about a rotational axis of a roller axle of the at least one conical planetary roller; a sun roller frictionally engaged with the at least one conical planetary roller; a shaft defining an axis; and a carrier rotatably supporting both ends of the roller axle of the at least one conical planetary roller, the carrier being slidably provided on the shaft so as to be movable along the axis with the at least one conical planetary roller; a varying mechanism operatively coupled to the carrier such that the varying mechanism changes an axial position of the carrier between a first axial position and a second axial position along the axis; wherein the varying mechanism includes a camp pin that extends radially from the carrier, and a cam member that is rotatably disposed about the axis, the cam member having a spiral cam opening in which the cam pin is disposed such that the cam pin moves along the spiral cam opening while the cam member rotates about the axis.
