The present invention provides an illumination device which can save energy and has a non-monotonic variation pattern not to be disgusting to see. The illumination device according to the present invention, which emits illumination light to an object with a drawn pattern differently colored to correspond to light of different wavelengths, comprises: an emission means to emit light of different wavelengths with a specified intensity; a sensing means to sense an environmental change around the object; and a control means to control the emission intensity of the emission means according to the environmental change sensed by the sensing means. |
