PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine capable of suppressing oscillation of a water tub mainly in a vertical direction and a simple horizontal direction, and also the oscillation in the horizontal direction by the rotation with a mobile shaft part of a suspension being a central axis.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes: an outer case; a water tub located inside the outer case; a rotary tub located inside the water tub and rotationally driven; and a suspension 7 having a damper 21 for cushioning and supporting the water tub mainly in the vertical direction inside the outer case. The damper 21 includes a rod 23 (mobile shaft part) which displaces including oscillation in the vertical direction according to the oscillation of the water tub, and an attenuation main body part 56 fixed at the outer case and attenuating the oscillation of the rod 23 mainly in the vertical direction. Rotation regulating means 59 is provided for regulating the rotation of the rod 23 around a shaft center. |
