PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug verification apparatus, a drug verification system, and a drug verification method capable of performing accurate verification even when the verification is performed between drugs having similar identification information or having cleavages thereon.SOLUTION: A drug verification apparatus 10 comprises: a registered image acquisition unit 12 for acquiring a registered image of a drug on the basis of prescription information 22; a verification image acquisition unit 14 for acquiring a verification image of the drug to be verified; a similarity calculation unit 16 for calculating the similarity between the registered image acquired by the registered image acquisition unit 12 and the verification image acquired by the verification image acquisition unit 14, the similarity calculation unit 16 calculating the similarity of partial images of image partitions between plural partitions of the registered image and the corresponding partitions of the verification image; and a determination unit 18 for determining whether or not the drug shown in the registered image is of the same kind as the drug shown in the verification image, on the basis of the lowest of plural similarities calculated by the similarity calculation unit 16. |
