PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical path management device which effectively utilizes a clinical path to allow smooth treatment.SOLUTION: A clinical path approval unit 58 refers to authority information of clinical paths stored in a clinical path DB 18 to extract clinical paths which a user has authority to approve, and makes the user select a clinical path to be approved, from the extracted clinical paths. When a clinical path to be approved is selected, information (electronic signature) showing that the clinical path is approved and a certificate certifying that the approval has been performed by a terminal of the user having the approval authority are generated. The electronic signature and the certificate are stored in association with the approved clinical path to update the clinical path DB 18. |
