<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer coating agent composition which can improve suitability of an adhesive tape for auto-dispensers, especially used for delivering the tape constantly in length, by decreasing the electrostatic charge amount of the tape itself.SOLUTION: A primer coating agent composition for an adhesive tape comprises 100 pts.wt. of a rubber ingredient consisting natural rubber polymerized with methyl methacrylate, 20-70 pts.wt. of a cationic acrylic resin, 10-90 pts.wt. of an aminoethylated acrylic resin, and 100-200 pts.wt. of an isocyanate compound.</p> |
