PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for aqueous ball-point pens which does not cause bleeding in written and drawn lines, strike-through of an ink to the back surface of paper, blur, dripping, or line splitting, and allows writing beautiful characters.SOLUTION: An ink composition for aqueous ball-point pens contains a modified polyvinyl alcohol and at least one selected from boric acid and its salts. |
