PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management support device and the like capable of suitably supporting maintenance management of facilities.SOLUTION: A maintenance management support device 1 comprises: a failure diagnosis unit 2 for comparing a production state of a printed matter with a failure condition about a production state predetermined for each component of a printer and extracting a component a production state of which satisfies the failure condition; a risk evaluation unit 3 for comparing a production state in the latest production with a production state in the production before last, and calculating the amount of damage by the production states difference to compare the same with a maintenance cost for the component a production state of which satisfies the failure condition; and a warning display unit 4 for displaying a warning when the amount of damage exceeds the maintenance cost.
