摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to identify the caller of a telephone without any response operation.SOLUTION: A calling support system for supporting calling from a service provider to a user includes: communication equipment for receiving user information including the location and telephone number of a user, request information indicating the request of a user; and setting information indicating setting related to a plurality of incoming call sounds from a user via a network; a storage device for storing a plurality of service provider related information; selection means for selecting one or more service providers corresponding to the request of the user on the basis of the request information and the service provider related information; allocation means for allocating one of the plurality of incoming call sounds to each service provider in accordance with the setting information; and call control means for executing call control to call the terminal of the user by using the telephone number of the user, and to allow the terminal to output the incoming call sound allocated to the service provider when the terminal receives the incoming call in accordance with a calling trigger corresponding to each service provider.
