PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image processor, radiation image photographing system, image processing program, and image processing method capable of generating a tomographic image suitable to generate both a tomographic image and a composite two-dimensional image to be used for image reading from a projection image obtained by tomosynthesis photographing.SOLUTION: A frequency processing part 66 and a tomographic image generation part 68 generate a first tomographic image to be used for image reading, highlighted in accordance with a spatial frequency on the basis of a projection image obtained by tomosynthesis photographing, and generates a second tomographic image obtained by making the degree of highlighting different from the first tomographic image to be highlighted in accordance with a spatial frequency on the basis of the projection image, and a two-dimensional image generation part 70 generates a composite two-dimensional image obtained by combining a plurality of second tomographic images. |
