PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an articular spacer system which requires little effort for easiness of use and is not prone to handling errors.SOLUTION: A modular articulated spacer system for screw-based assembly of an articular spacer intended to replace an artificial joint temporarily, comprises at least two modules connectable by means of a screw connection. The first module of the articular spacer system includes a surface for forming a sliding surface of the joint of the articular spacer, and the second module of the articular spacer system includes a stem for connection to a bone. The modules connectable by means of the screw connection comprise at least one screw-locking device for each screw connection, the at least one screw-locking device being connected to one of the modules or is provided in the form of the same part as one of the modules. |
