PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging shrink material, packaging shrink label, and laser printed body made therefrom, that can form, by irradiating a low power laser, a thick and easy to read printed line.SOLUTION: Provided are: a packaging shrink material, that can be printed by YAG or YVOlaser, comprising at least a heat shrinkable substrate 1, a picture print layer 2a, and a laser color-development ink layer 2b, in which the region of only the laser color-development ink ground layer 2b directly in contact with the substrate is made to be a laser print region and the laser color-development layer 2b is a layer composed of an ink composition comprising, as color developer material that develops color by laser beam irradiation, a bismuth-based compound, and other inorganic compounds; a packaging shrink label; and a packaging shrink printed body produced by irradiating thereto a laser beam and forming a laser printed image.
