<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home-use hydroponic device capable of maintaining internal temperature at appropriate temperature while suppressing increase of electrical power consumption, and a thermal insulation cover suitable for the home-use hydroponic device.SOLUTION: A home-use hydroponic device 1 detects temperature t in a main body container by a first temperature detection part or a second temperature detection part, and when the detected temperature t in the main body container drops to prescribed temperature, such as a first lower limit Ta and a second lower limit Tb, or less (S202, S203), a notification part notifies a user of a state inside the main body container by notifying the user of the temperature drop (S204, S205).
