A system and method of real-time measuring acid value of frying oil and providing measurement information thereof are provided to form a safe food culture as the stores cannot randomly reuse frying oil, to offer real-time information to consumers, and to enhance the image of a brand, by comprising: a frying device installed at a store that produces fried dishes with a frying oil TPM measuring function; a POS terminal that controls the frying oil information of the store and consumer information including phone number; an integrated server that analyzes the frying oil information and the consumer information; and a consumer terminal through which one can order the fried dishes through communication with the POS terminal or the integrated server. |
