PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass spectroscope allowing satisfactory observation of molecular ions.SOLUTION: A mass spectroscope 100 includes an ion source 10 which generates an electric field to ionize a sample, a mass spectrometer 20 which separates and detects the ionized sample in accordance with mass and outputs a detection signal according to a detection intensity, and a signal processing unit 30 which processes the detection signal. The signal processing unit 30 includes a sampling unit 32 which samples the detection signal, a determination unit 34 which determines whether an intensity corresponding to a mass-to-charge ratio of ions of a thermolysis product is equal to or lower than a prescribed value or not in sampling data obtained by sampling in the sampling unit 32, and a molecular ion data storage unit 36 in which, if the determination unit 34 determines the intensity to be equal to or lower than the prescribed value, the sampling data is stored. |
