<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair that can secure the degree of freedom in a posture while the backrest and the footrest are linked and made movable together.SOLUTION: The chair includes: a seat part 2 for a user to be seated; a backrest 3 that can recline for a user to lean against; a footrest 4 that supports a user's legs or feet and that is vertically rockable or retractable; an actuator 9 for moving the backrest 3; and an interlocking member 20 that can make the footrest 4 move linked with the movement of the backrest 3. The interlocking member 20 is switchable from a non-interlocking state in which only the backrest 3 moves to the interlocking state in which the footrest 4 moves linked with the movement of the backrest 3.</p> |
