<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door check device that can be configured at a relatively low price and generate a brake force on a vehicle door at a desirable opening degree.SOLUTION: A door check device 1 comprises a case 2, a check rod 3, holding members 5a and 5b, a release member 6, a return spring 65 that energizes a release lever 62 so that the rotational position of the release lever 62 is in a first rotational position, springs 7a and 7b that give a restoring force to the holding members 5a and 5b in the direction the holding members 5a and 5b return to the original position, and a reaction force application device 8 that applies a reaction force, which resists an energization force of the return spring 65 and is weaker than the energization force when the rotational position of the release lever 62 is returned from the second rotational position to the first rotational position by the energization force of the return spring 65, on the release lever.</p> |
