PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-sensitive resin composition having high radiation sensitivity and adhesion and also capable of suppressing developing spots and wiring corrosion, and an insulation film having insulation properties as the one for a flexible display.SOLUTION: Provided is a radiation-sensitive resin composition comprising: a polymer obtained by reacting a fluorene-based compound or an indan-based compound and tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride; an alkali soluble resin; and a radiation-sensitive resin compound.
