PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely hold information necessary for AP switching by a communication terminal.SOLUTION: A radio base station device 12C includes: a determination part 1611 for determining whether or not the radio base station device 12C is in a communicable state where it is able to communicate with a radio base station device 11C; a request transmission part 1612 for, when it is determined that the radio base station device is in the communicable state by the determination part 1611, transmitting a request signal for requesting control information generated by the radio base station device 11C in accordance with connection establishment with a communication terminal, that is, control information as information necessary for radio communication with the communication terminal; a reception part 1613 for receiving the control information transmitted by the radio base station device 11C in accordance with the request signal; and an establishment part 121C for executing connection establishment with the communication terminal 21 by using the control information received by the reception part 1613. |
