PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance service system capable of efficiently performing maintenance of an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: The maintenance service system includes: a schedule management device in which a patrol schedule of a serviceman is stored; an apparatus state detection unit 35 which detects a state of an electronic apparatus; a schedule adjustment unit 32 which, in the case where the state of the electronic apparatus requires service of the serviceman, refers to the patrol schedule of the serviceman to create a visit schedule of the serviceman for the electronic apparatus; a user notification unit 34 which notifies a user of the electronic apparatus of the visit schedule of the serviceman; and a failure management device 20 which updates the patrol schedule of the serviceman on the basis of the visit schedule of the serviceman.
