PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate including a resin black matrix that can match its color tone to a color tone of a strong bluish black display part in an LCD substrate of a blue IPS system.SOLUTION: A resin black matrix substrate includes: a transparent substrate; a colored resin layer formed on the transparent substrate, and containing a colorant whose main component is a blue coloring material; and a resin black matrix layer formed on the colored resin layer. An OD value of a stack of the colored resin layer and the resin black matrix layer is 3.5 or more. |
