<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminar puffed food of wheat flour, which has various combinations of flavors and colors, and a marble pattern in particular, with use of general-purpose materials in a simple operation.SOLUTION: On a spread wheat flour dough, two or more sheet-like materials are placed in a tile-like combination, which are then folded inside in a conventional way, molded and baked, so that a laminar puffed food of wheat flour having doughs with different flavors and colors naturally mixed in a marble state can be obtained. In other words, both of the separate preparation of lamination doughs having different flavors and colors and the control of fermentation state of each of the doughs are not required.</p> |
