The present invention relates to a complex formulation comprising mitiglinide and metformin and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the complex composition comprises mitiglinide, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a hydrate thereof and metformin, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a hydrate thereof. In the present invention, the mitiglinide ingredient out of the complex formulation has the same or similar dissolution pattern to that of the single-ingredient formulation of mitiglinide without the interference of the metformin ingredient. The metformin ingredient out of the complex formulation also has the same or similar dissolution patterns to that of a single-ingredient formulation of metformin. |
