The present invention relates to a mat for preventing fatigue, and more specifically, to a mat which is placed in the workplace and enhances a sense of cushion so as to prevent fatigue, a mat comprising: a convex cushion protruding portion(110) which has one side protruded; a partitioning unit (120) which partitions to the other side; a plurality of insertion grooves which are formed by the partitioning unit(120); and a fixing socket(130) which is capable of being inserted into the insertion grooves(121), wherein the fixing socket(130) is capable of being inserted entirely or partially into the insertion grooves(121) according to a use of the fixing socket(130), thus the cushion protruding portion(110) which is formed sequentially on the top of the mat (100) prevents feet from getting tired when worker′s feet are in contact with the mat(100), the fixing socket(130) is selectively inserted into the insertion grooves(121) which are formed on the bottom of the cushion protruding unit(110) by the partitioning unit(120), or the insertion grooves(121) are filled to be integrated with the mat (100), thereby preventing the cushion protruding unit(110) from being torn or damaged by weight load or chafing. Accordingly, the present invention is cost-effective. |
