The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which can prevent damages on a driving part caused by heat generation, and to a method for manufacturing the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is an organic light emitting display device which comprises a substrate having a display area and a driving area on outer side of the display area; multiple thin film transistors arranged on the driving area of the substrate; a first insulation film covering the multiple thin film transistors; multiple conductive layers arranged on the first insulation film to be located on the upper part of the multiple thin film transistors, and separably located on the first insulation film to correspond between the multiple thin film transistors; a second insulation film covering a space between the multiple conductive layers; and a facing electrode corresponding to the display area and the driving area of the substrate, covering the second insulation film, and contacting with at least one part of the conductive layers. |
