<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting foreign substances in a liquid container transferred through a predetermined transfer path, and a method for determining foreign substances in a liquid container, wherein the apparatus comprises: an X-ray detecting unit including an X-ray irradiating device which is installed at one side of the transfer path and irradiates the X-rays to the liquid container, and a detector which is installed at other side of the transfer path and detects the X-rays passing through the liquid container; a first vision detecting unit including at least one first camera which is installed at one side of the transfer path to obtain the image of one side of the liquid container; a second vision detecting unit including at least one second camera which is installed at other side of the transfer path to obtain the image of other side of the liquid container; a third vision detecting unit including at least one third camera arranged around the liquid container to obtain the image of the surface of the liquid in the liquid container; and a control unit for determining whether there are foreign substances in the liquid container based on information received from the X-ray detecting unit and the first to third vision detecting units.</p> |
