<p>The present invention relates to an envelope tracking power transmitter using a common-gate voltage modulation linearizer. A envelope amplifier which generates power voltage amplified in proportion to the variation of a first envelope voltage (Venv1), a common gate power modulation linearizer which is amplified in proportional to the variation of a second envelope voltage (Venv2) which is the scaled first envelope voltage (Venv1), and a power amplifier which receives the output of the envelope amplifier with power voltage and drain bias and receives the output of the common-gate voltage modulation linearizer with common-gate bias, and amplifies an RF signal which keeps output capacitance according to an envelope.</p> |
