<p>Device comprises a non-woven first layer (12) and a non-woven second layer (14) each of which is soluble in a rinsing and/or cosmetic treatment product designed to be applied on a body surface area. The first layer has a peripheral region (16) assembled on the second region by needling, and a free central region (20) relative to the second layer. Independent claims are included for: (1) a kit for applying the cosmetic composition on the body surface area, comprising a rinsing and/or cosmetic treatment product to be applied on the body surface area, and the application device; (2) applying the cosmetic composition on the body surface area, comprising providing the application device, impregnating the first layer and/or second layer with the rinsing and/or cosmetic treatment product, and applying the first layer and/or second layer on the body surface area; and (3) manufacturing the application device comprising providing the first non-woven layer and second non-woven layer, and assembling the peripheral region of the first layer on the second layer, maintaining the free central region of the first layer with respect to the second layer.</p> |
