FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in the treatment of postoperative ventral hernias. For this purpose after carrying out herniotomy a mesh implant is laid on the entire area of the hernia defect with its further fixation on muscles of the anterior abdominal wall. After that, 100 g of dry cryoprecipitate are applied on a detached subcutaneous cellular tissue on the entire implant circumference. Then 150 units NIH/ml of sterile lyophilically dried thrombin are dissolved in 10 ml of 5% aminocaproic acid and the obtained solution is added to cryoprecipitate, placed on the mesh implant, which in a 5-7 minute time period results in the formation of a fibrin layer on the mesh implant. After that provisional ligatures on the subcutaneous cellular tissue are tied and sutures are applied on the skin.EFFECT: method provides the effective strengthening of framework properties of the abdominal wall due to the active proliferation of fibroblasts on the cryoprecipitate matrix, conditioning the formation of the fibrous tissue.2 ex, 4 dwg |
