<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tableware basket handling method for attaining efficient food service concerning a tableware basket constituted by multiple tableware basket pieces.SOLUTION: A tableware basket handling method is the method for handling a tableware basket that includes: multiple tableware basket pieces 2, 3; and connection parts for connecting the tableware basket pieces 2, 3, is usable in a state where the tableware basket pieces 2, 3 are connected/separated, and enables the tableware basket pieces 2, 3 to be arranged on serving tables 23, 24, 25 while storing tableware 5. The tableware basket carried to an eating place is separated into each one of the tableware basket pieces 2, 3 to be respectively arranged on the serving tables 23, 24, 25, to thereby eliminate the need of a wide space to arrange the tableware basket pieces 2, 3 in the serving tables 23, 24, 25. Since the tableware 5 is used in a stored state in the tableware basket pieces 2, 3, the tableware has no risk of falling onto a floor from the serving tables 23, 24, 25. Besides, work efficiency in food service is improved since the tableware 5 can be successively taken out from the tableware basket pieces 2, 3 to attain food service.</p> |
