PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable method for individual management and comparison of a disease condition and an outcome based on the patient profile of a patient's community.SOLUTION: A method may includes: providing a database of a patient profile; providing a user interface for entering query of the database from a user; generating a query result which includes one or more matched patient profile from the database; and displaying the query results as a user's correlated disease condition parameter with a medical outcome.
