<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a luminescent material allowing relatively inexpensive and simple mass-synthesis of a high quality luminescent material.SOLUTION: A production method of silicon compound nano/micro particles (luminescent material) emitting fluorescence in a visible region comprises: an arrangement step (S01) of arranging a silicon powder 1, a fluonitric acid solution 2 and a silicon substrate 3 in sections of a sealed container 7; a sealing step (S02) of sealing the sealed container 7 inside which the silicon powder 1, the fluonitric acid solution 2 and the silicon substrate 3 are arranged in the arrangement step; a keeping step (S03) of keeping the sealing state in the sealed container 7 sealed in the sealing step for a prescribed time; and a collection step (S04) of collecting silicon compound nano/micro particles produced on the silicon substrate 3 on the sealed container 7 after the keeping step.</p> |
