摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel device of a vehicle capable of minimizing transpiration gas emitted to atmosphere from a leakage portion when leakage of the transpiration gas from a fuel tank is detected.SOLUTION: A bypass passage 42 for bypassing a sealing valve 35 is provided between an upstream portion and a downstream portion of a vapor passage 31 sandwiching the sealing valve 35. A bypass valve 43 for releasing the bypass passage 42 from a closed state when the leakage of transpiration gas from a fuel tank 10 is detected by a leakage detection part 27 is provided on the bypass passage 42. By this constitution, when the leakage of the transpiration gas is detected, the sealing valve remains the same (closed) and the bypass passage is released, and a large portion of the leaked transpiration gs is introduced to a vapor passage (whose passage resistance is small) with a larger passage area than a fine leakage portion via the bypass passage, and reaches a canister 50. Thereby, the transpiration gas emitted from the leakage portion can be minimized.</p>
