摘要 The invention pertains to a method for diagnosing or detecting lung cancer in human subjects based on ribonucleic acid (RNA) expression, in particular based on RNA from blood. The invention discloses 361 genes which are differentially expressed in blood from lung cancer patients and discloses that at least 4 of the mRNAs must be determined in order to have an AUC of at least 0.8.
