The present invention relates to an ultrasonic apparatus for pre-treatment prior to painting, which is applied to a painting line for a target object such as car bodies, components, etc. in the car manufacturing process, and more specifically used for cleaning the target object prior to painting. The apparatus comprises a tank which stores washing fluid, and in which the total length is longer than the left and right widths and a vertical inner wall is formed opposite to the left and right walls; a plurality of diaphragm boxes which are attached to the horizontal and vertical inner walls of the tank in a predetermined identical arrangement, and have a rectangular vibration plane protruded to a predetermined height from the inner wall; a plurality of ultrasonic oscillators which is accommodated in each of diaphragm boxes in a predetermined number and have an ultrasonic wave generating unit fixed into face-contact with a inner side of the vibration plane. Accordingly, ultrasonic wave is generated through a plurality of diaphragm boxes arranged and attached to the left and right inner sides of the tank which stores the washing fluid, so as to remove, in a more perfect way, foreign materials or stains from the surfaces of cleaning target objects such as car bodies, components, etc. |
