<p>The present invention provides a sterilization method of pig skin powder which is used as food additives or raw materials for cosmetics such as mask packs, wherein pork skin powder with a large amount of collagen is sterilized using gamma rays. To this end, the method according to this invention comprises the steps of removing fat from the hair-off pork skin; drying the pork skin from which fat is removed; grinding the dried pork skin into pork skin powder; and sterilizing the pork skin power by irradiating gamma ray.</p> |
