<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unnecessary noise from being generated in a magnetron 1 as a center rod 30 deforms to cause a cathode 32 to shift in position.SOLUTION: A magnetron 1 is provided with: an anode part 5 having a cylindrical anode 10 and a plurality of vanes 13 which are arranged radially in the anode 10 and each of which has one end joined to an inner peripheral surface of the anode 10 and the other end as a free end to form an electron active space surrounded with the free ends thereof; a spiral cathode 32 which has a pair of end hats 33, 34 fixed to one end part and the other end part and is arranged in the electron active space; a center rod 30 which is fixed to the one end hat 33 while one end part penetrates the center of the cathode 32; a side rod 31 which has one end part fixed to the other end hat 34; a magnetic yoke 40 which is arranged surrounding the anode part 5 and the cathode 32; and a stem 25 which has the other end part of the center rod 30 and the other end part of the side rod 31 fixed to one end part in the magnetic yoke 40.</p> |
