PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery in which the battery capacity and cycle characteristics are enhanced.SOLUTION: As a negative electrode active material layer provided on a negative electrode collector, a first negative electrode active material layer formed of a first negative electrode active material is arranged in a part facing the positive electrode, and at least a part of a second negative electrode active material layer formed of a second negative electrode active material is arranged in the part facing the positive electrode. Furthermore, as the first negative electrode active material and second negative electrode active material, materials in which the OCP value of the first negative electrode active material corresponding to the SOC value X is larger than the OCP value of the second negative electrode active material, in at least one SOC value X when the SOC-OCP curve is plotted, are selected thus enhancing the battery capacity and cycle characteristics. |
