PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheduling device capable of allotting sufficient but as few CPU and network resources as possible to a virtual machine.SOLUTION: The scheduling device includes: a controller that acquires an execution history of one or more tasks which are operated on a virtual OS; a load calculation section that calculates a first resource amount required for each task based on the execution history; and a resource calculation section that calculates a second resource amount to be allotted to the virtual OS based on the first resource amount calculated for the one or more tasks.
