PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition capable of affording a coating film excellent in soft feel property and abrasion resistance, a cured coating film of the same, and an article having the cured coating film, where the article includes remote controls for home appliances such as televisions and air conditioners; housings of information terminals such as mobile phones, smart phones, tablets, and personal computers; and plastic molded products such as automotive parts.SOLUTION: Provided is an active energy ray-curable composition which comprises a urethane (meth)acrylate (A) obtained by reacting a polycarbonate diol (a1), a polyisocyanate compound (a2), and a (meth)acrylate compound (a3) having a hydroxyl group, and which has a (meth)acryloyl group concentration of 0.3 to 1 mmol/g. |
